We take great care to ensure the safe delivery of your order. Our furniture is carefully protected for transport, and every shipment is insured.

We deliver throughout Europe. Deliveries outside Europe are arranged and priced individually.

Delivery Methods

Pallet Delivery

The safest and most frequently chosen delivery method. Your order is delivered on a pallet in securely protected packages.

After delivery, the packages can be removed from the pallet one by one and carried inside separately. The number of packages is specified in the product description. The weight of the heaviest package usually does not exceed 30–40 kg.

As a rule, pallet deliveries are made to the specified address without carrying the furniture into the building.

Home Delivery with Carry-In Service

If this service is available in your area, it will appear as a delivery option in the checkout after you enter your delivery address.

The service includes carrying the furniture inside, according to the carrier’s terms and conditions.

Personal Collection

You may collect your order in person after arranging a convenient pickup date and time with us.

Delivery Time and Costs

Transport usually takes 2–5 business days from the date the shipment is dispatched.

Transport time does not include the production or order preparation period. The current lead time is displayed on the product page or in your order confirmation.

The delivery cost is shown on the product page below the “Add to Cart” button.

Tracking and Receiving Your Shipment

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with delivery details and shipment tracking information.

When receiving your order, please check that the packaging is not damaged. If you notice any damage, take photos and report it to the courier and our customer service team as soon as possible.

Its weight capacity is 160 kg. The slatted base is included in the price and does not need to be purchased separately.

The mattress for the drawer has the same width as the main mattress and is 8 cm shorter — for example, with a bed for a 90×200 cm mattress, the drawer fits a mattress up to 90×192 cm. The maximum mattress thickness in the drawer is 15 cm. The mattress is not included and should be selected separately for the chosen bed size.

No. The bed takes up the same amount of space as the other versions, and the drawer itself has the same external dimensions as the storage drawer. As with any drawer, you need free space in front of the bed to pull it out fully; during everyday use, it remains tucked in and does not take up extra space. The height of the headboard and footboard is the same in both models, and the structure, weight capacity, and available finishes are identical. The choice is a matter of aesthetics, not function.

The finishes are made using certified water-based paints compliant with EN 71-3 and safe for contact with a child’s skin.

Yes. We ship single beds throughout Europe on pallets that protect the furniture during transport. Individual packages are carefully packed, and delivery time is 2–5 business days from dispatch. For Poland, Germany, and Austria, an additional room-of-choice delivery option is available in the cart.
Mis juhtub, kui voodi on kahjustatud?
The risk of damage is minimal thanks to pallet transport and careful packaging. Upon delivery, we recommend checking the shipment and taking photos if anything seems questionable. If any element turns out to be damaged, contact us — we will send a replacement without requiring the return of the entire bed. Checking the shipment with the courier helps with the process, but does not limit your right to report damage later.
Kas ma võin enne ostmist tellida värvi või puidu näidiseid?
Yes. Upon request, we send samples so you can assess the color and wood grain in person before choosing a specific finish or custom RAL/NCS color. This is especially useful if you want to match the bed to furniture already present in the room. To receive samples, contact us and let us know which finishes you are interested in.
